Question 1

How does the delivery service work?

Accepted Answer

Once your order is approved and paid, we send you a prepaid tracked shipping label. You package your shoes, drop them at any drop-off point, and we clean and return them tracked to your door.

Question 2

How long does cleaning take?

Accepted Answer

Typically 3–5 working days from the moment your shoes arrive with us, plus delivery time each way.

Question 3

Can you remove every stain?

Accepted Answer

We achieve fantastic results, but results vary depending on material, age, staining and condition. We never promise that every mark can be fully removed — which is exactly why we assess your photos first.

Question 4

What happens if my shoes aren’t suitable for cleaning?

Accepted Answer

If we don’t think we can improve them, we’ll tell you before you pay a penny. That’s the whole point of our photo assessment.

Question 5

What shoes can you clean?

Accepted Answer

Trainers, sneakers and most everyday shoes across leather, suede, mesh, knit and canvas. Send us photos and we’ll advise.

Question 6

How do I package my shoes?

Accepted Answer

Place them in a sturdy box or padded bag, remove any loose items, and attach your prepaid label. Keep your postage receipt until delivery is confirmed.

Question 7

How do I track my shoes?

Accepted Answer

Your order page shows live status updates and your tracking number for both the inbound and return journeys.

Question 8

Do you offer UK-wide delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer tracked UK-wide collection and return via our courier partner.

Question 9

Can I send multiple pairs?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can send up to 4 pairs in one order and even mix Quick and Deep cleans across pairs.

Question 10

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel any time before payment. After payment, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help where we can.

Question 11

Do you clean white trainers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. White trainers are one of our most common requests. We assess each pair from your photos first, then choose the safest effective approach. We'll always be honest about how much yellowing or staining can realistically be improved.

Question 12

Can you clean suede, leather and mesh?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we tailor the method and products to the material, whether that's leather, suede, mesh or knit. If a material needs special care or results may be limited, we'll tell you during the photo assessment before you pay.

Question 13

What's the difference between Quick Clean and Deep Clean?

Accepted Answer

Quick Clean is a surface refresh for everyday upkeep. Deep Clean is a more thorough treatment for heavily worn or neglected pairs, with deeper work on stubborn marks and tired midsoles. You can compare both on the Services page.

Question 14

Can you remove every stain?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Results depend on the material, age, type of stain and overall condition. Many marks improve significantly, but some staining, creasing or discolouration can be permanent. We assess honestly from your photos before you commit.

Question 15

Is this a postal service for the whole UK?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sole Serenity is a nationwide UK postal service. After your order is approved and paid, we email a prepaid tracked label, you drop your shoes at a collection point, and we return them tracked to your door.

Question 16

How does the photo assessment work?

Accepted Answer

When you book you upload photos of your shoes. We review them and approve your order (or advise if expectations need adjusting) before any payment is taken, so there are no surprises.
