Sole Serenity is a nationwide UK trainer cleaning service. You post your trainers to us, we clean them carefully by hand using products suited to each material, and we send them back with tracked delivery — no need to find a local specialist.

Whether it’s a pair of white trainers that have lost their crispness or well-worn everyday shoes, we tailor the clean to the condition of the pair in front of us.

We offer two levels of service so you only pay for what your trainers need:

• Quick Clean — a refresh of the uppers, midsoles and outsoles to lift everyday dirt and bring back a cleaner look.
• Deep Clean — a more thorough treatment for heavily soiled pairs, including deeper work on stubborn marks and tired midsoles.

Because no two pairs are the same, we assess your trainers from the photos you upload when you book. You’ll know what to expect before any payment is taken. We’re always honest about results: some stains, scuffs, creasing and discolouration can be improved but not completely removed, depending on the material, age and condition.

It’s a fully postal service. Once your order is approved and paid, we email a prepaid tracked label, you drop your trainers at your nearest collection point, and we return them tracked to your door. Learn more on How It Works and Delivery.
